If you have forgotten you account password you have to enter your email address in the Recover password page and will send you an email that will allow you to reset the current password and to choose a new one.
You can upload any picture you want with the following exceptions:
- Pictures that contain obscenities
- Pictures that spam
- Pictures that infringe copyright laws
- Pictures that belong to someone else and that person reports this
This can be caused by many reasons:
- An error has occurred while you were uploading your photo (please upload another picture).
- Some users have reported your picture and is now being revised by the administrators.
- You didn’t follow the rules regarding pictures that can be uploaded (pictures without obscenities, spam, pictures without copyright, pictures that belong to someone else) so the picture was deactivated at the request of others users.
In this situation we recommend using the picture editor that allows you to crop a part of your photo for displaying in the small pictures.
In the Edit photos page you have to click on the edit photo link, action that will launch the online photo editor and will allow you to modify the picture as you desire (crop, rotate, black & white, sepia etc)

If you didn’t follow the rules for uploading pictures (pictures without obscenities, spam, pictures with no copyright or pictures that belong to somebody else) the picture is deactivated (either at the request of other users or at the request of the authorities). Unfortunately we can not send you the list of users that have reported this picture…
Please upload other pictures that do not disregard the rules regarding photos that can be uploaded. If you repeatedly upload materials that disregard the rules your account will be automatically deactivated.
